The SBTPG situation is a total disaster. Intuit and Turbo Tax need to divorce themselves from this organization or they will be losing alot of business in my opinion.
I am a former CPA and tax professional and i've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years without issue.
The introduction of this "bank" is a disaster.
I filed my tax return on April 7 and finally saw that the IRS sent my refund on July 20th. Its the 29th and i have yet to receive it. I found that SBTPG was involved and found that my account was "on hold" for suspicious activity. No explanation of what that was. I cannot get a live person and the website is no help. No information about next steps.
