IRS say they did not receive return despite Turbo email saying otherwise

IRS says they did not receive my efiled turbo tax return, despite turbo email of April saying IRS accepted it.  Now IRS says I have to refile and pay penalties and interest.  Keep getting routed to Turbo support/customer service phone trees saying it was accepted, wont let me talk to person, no matter what I say.  When I check refund status it says processing, but IRS Tax Advocate says it is incorrect.   Need to talk to Turbo Tax person!
