Is the IRS asking you to amend your 2012 return or have they calculated what they say you owe and are asking you to pay that amount?
TurboTax no longer supports the tax program for 2012. You could download the form 1040X and complete it yourself or you would have to find a tax program or a tax preparer with the 2012 tax program on their computer to prepare the amended return for you.
