Do any REAL PEOPLE work for Turbo Tax? I've called for customer service 28 times and the horrible automated system won't answer my questions. How can I get my money back?

I want a refund for the money I paid TurboTax to eFile my taxes because I can't get any help from them. Do I need to go to my bank and request a charge back?
