If you have already filed your return and it has been accepted, you can't change your bank information. If the information is wrong on your tax return, the bank will refuse the direct deposit of your refund and the IRS will issue a check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.
If you have not yet filed your return, go the the Filing section and change the information in step 2.
