Check Refund Status on the irs.gov website and their app, IRS To Go showed still processing since Mar 2020 . Today, 13 July it doesn't recognize my info. What now?
For three months, the IRS response was "accepted and still processing". Today, the message I receied was:
"We cannot provide any information about your refund.
Be sure to:
verify your filing date;
check with your tax preparer or tax software provider; or
verify you received your electronically filed acknowledgement e-mail.
If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances."
I filed in March 2020 and received TurboTax's Return Status: Accepted. How do I follow-up on my opposite change in status? Do I have to re-submit my e-filing? Its been more than three months since I e-filed.
Thank you, in advance, for any advice you can share.
