Hello.
As I am a first time filer, I had to mail my federal tax form.
I mailed my form on February 29, 2020.
I have not received my refund.
I went to the IRS website to get 'my status'. It states 'not found'.
I tried calling the phone number. I was not able to talk to anyone.
The website states 'do not send a second form, processing is slow'.
I think 5 months is way too slow.
I mailed by state tax form and that was processed with no problem.
Any ideas or suggestions what I do now?
Should I resend my form?
