I will highly appreciate your assistance with my Query.
1. I am an Australian worked in US in 2019 for few months as a Veterinarian and I expect Tax refund both from federal and state of California.
2. I filed for the first time on Turbotax on 1st April and for some reason it asked me to to print and send them, which I did.
3. I called Both California Tax and IRS on 8th July ,who said we have not received your mail although Australia post showed both to be delivered on 7th may (COVID delays and all that come to mind)
4. I checked pdf of my turbo tax return and found that I had a mathematical error with one digit on my SSN ( Dhh Stupid but yes) and I amended it from turbotax amend option and try to e file it but came an error(May be because I had printed return already)
5. Now my Turborax account page says way to go you have filed your 2019 returns.
6. There is no information of my return either on California state or IRS status of your refund.
7. Its hard to get in touch with anyone even have no contact option on my Turbotax account page.
8. I need support whether I should apply return again as tax deadline date is 15th July or Turbotax can help with my return already submitted with them.
9. Please assist with my query.
