Many of us had to send in a Marketplace form 8962. Many claimed earned income credit. When calling IRS, we're given the run-around. 60 day holds, 4 week delays, need more info. I see many are being told wait until August 1st. The good news is that most of it seems to be stall tactics. After being told August 1st, or 60 days, or whatever, people are still getting their refunds without that ridiculous wait time.
