I filled out the tax form and was about to file. However, I could not file and did not file with turbotax. You charged me the 30 before I filed. I did not realize that until it showed up on bank account. Please credit the 30 dollars back to my account since I was not able to complete the filing and will not be using Turbo Tax. i was impressed with your program and will consider changing next year.
