After you file

If you are in the online software, please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in. 

 

Instructions to clear cookies to restart TurboTax 

 

If you are using the desktop version, please log into your TurboTax software.

  1. Select File
  2. Select Print
  3. You should see a screen similar to the following.  Be sure to scroll down on the right hand side until you see the section to check the state box as shown in the sample picture below.

This should allow you to print your state return.
