Call your local TaxPayer Advocate office leave a message call that number everyday till you get a response! Fill out IRS form 911 Fax to your local Taxpayer advocate office it will list their phone number and their fax number! Put on there HARDSHIP or they will pass you by- all taxes are backed up! It took me about 3 1/2 weeks to get my refund with help of Taxpayer Advocates
