After you file
There's not anything you can do unless you can get the Taxpayer Advocate Service to assist you. They are more prone to help if you are having a hardship. I left you info on how to contact the Taxpayer Advocate Service in your other thread.

In the meantime, if TurboTax sent you an email with a bill, you should either pay it or phone Customer Support to make other arrangements such as a deferment, or they will ultimately debit your bank account.
This is what TurboTax says about fees if your refund is delayed by the IRS longer than 36 days after your original estimated refund date:
- "We'll send an email with instructions on how to pay your TurboTax fees (minus the Pay With My Refund fee, if any) by a certain date.
- If the fees remain unpaid by the specified date, we'll send two more followup emails asking that you either pay or request a deferment to prevent the fees from being automatically debited from your bank account.
- Finally, if you still haven't paid by the requested date, we’ll send a final email letting you know that we're debiting the fees (minus the Pay With My Refund fee, if any) and that the auto-debit process cannot be stopped."
If you want to see if you can request the deferment, here's how to phone Customer Support. But you should do it soon. Once they start the debit process they can't stop it.
They are open this weekend. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
