TurboTax says my Federal return was accepted 03/31 and gave an estimated refund date of 04/21. However, IRS website says it is still processing. Where is my refund?

I provided info for direct deposit. TurboTax has also said the IRS has all info needed for stimulus payment yet that is nowhere to be found either.
