The folks at the IRS, many of them anyways, don't want to return to work. The IRS has coaxed them with bonuses and hazard pay to no avail. It's nice to see a stand-up outfit like the IRS is ready to roll with the punches in times like these. Meanwhile lots of us have continued to work throughout this ordeal for little to nothing extra. I want my **bleep** refund.
