When you log into your account and look at the Tax Home, does it have a status of "printed?" If so, that means it has not been efiled. Had you intended to file by efiling, or did you want to print and mail it?
If you didn't complete the efile process (and if you didn't mail the return), and now want to efile, we can tell you how to open the return back up to efile it.
Or if you DO want to file by mail, did you actually mail it after printing? TurboTax does not mail it for you.
