I filed with turbo tax for free on March 26th. I received a confirmation number with no charge for filing fed or state. I'm surprised they can't provide me any info for my filing.. I'm just chalking it up to unexperienced people. IRS offices are beginning to open and I paper mailed so I expect it to probably be another couple months for irs to process. Frustrating I know.
