The transcript tool typically takes a few weeks after your return is fully processed before it will show that your return has been received and filed before you will see an update there. Since your return is still processing, it is normal for your transcript to show that you haven't filed yet. The verification of non-filing letter will remain until your return is fully processed and posted to your transcript.
Also, many things are still delayed (as I am sure you know) and also we are getting some reports the last few days of some strange things happening with IRS systems as workers return to offices and things are coming back online so don't get too alarmed if you check back in a few days and see even stranger things. Progress is being made and hopefully that refund will get to you sooner rather than later!
