I FINALLY received my TurboTax debit card ! I filed my taxes in late February and opted to have my return put on the debit card. After hearing about the long wait on the phone lines to speak to customer service, I waited until a few weeks ago to call hoping the long lines will have thinned out. I was only on hold for less than 10 mins. The card was returned due to a problem with my address. I never received a notice from TurboTax letting me know there was a problem. After speaking with the customer service representative I was told I would receive my card shortly, which I did. The only thumbs up I will give during this whole fiasco is the customer service person who was very pleasant and delivered on her word. The card takes out about $4.95 per month for a fee, and there is no way to transfer your funds from the TurboTax card to your own private bank account. After the trouble I had and so many others had this year and last year I won't use TurboTax again.
