After you file

Date: Mon, 8 Jun 2020 13:11:13 -0500

Thanks for your quick response.  *I filed electronically. * As you can imagine, a lot was going on 6 weeks ago during isolation and illness, so I may have confused positive responses from Turbotax for assumptions that my returns were accepted because that was my impression, but I *can't find any emails to support that assumption from feds or state.  *

I also have *no rejection emails *from either feds or state.  I have searched for IRS, Illinois, tax return, accept, reject with no results. I will keep searching, just as *I check daily the IRS 'Where's my Return'* because it is easy to do.  When the initial info doesn't result in finding my return, I then get a second page to enter the date submitted and whether paper or electronically.  The response to that is *the following,* of which you can see I am doing the second thing they recommend--contacting you.  I have also reviewed Tax Topic 152.

I always review and delete *spam* several times a day so that is not where the emails went.

Therefore, I am wondering if somehow the returns were not sent to either place?  *Can you check* somehow using my TTWCB172311378 of 4/27?

if not, should I start over and *submit a new set of returns*, or will that just mess everything up?

Thanks again,  Ginni
