Are you saying that you sent the 8962 to the IRS already and that you are waiting for your refund?
As you know, the present situation has interrupted the work process at the IRS. Anything that is on paper and is handled by hand will be very slow.
Please note that we in the Community have no information on the status of your return. Please contact the IRS (yes, I know that at the present, that is very difficult - but they are only ones who know the status of your refund).
