Thank you. I think I may have been a bit confusing with my explanation. Her dad did not get EIC and there was only one sister... I am sorry I was not able to explain better in my exhausted and painful reply. I had difficulty rereading it myself. After careful review of all the documents, I think I found the flaw. I have decided to contact IRS to see what to do. I truly appreciate your help. 🙂
