In a previous comment above you used the phrase "it says they are ready to mail".
When you log into your Online TurboTax account, and if your Tax Home still says "ready to mail", as I explained above that means it has NOT been efiled. You may not have gone to the final screen to actually submit the efile.
If that is your situation, and if you did NOT file by mail, we can tell you how to open your return back up and change the filing method to efile the return.
