Turbo tax took out there fees without me getting my refund. It is still processing I put it in and was accepted back in February. But turbo tax still took out the money even with the corona virus had us not working. turbo tax still took it out of my account.
that was completly wrong of them.
I can not get the IRS on the phone to get an exlination or for me to fix the problem. But turbo tax got paid.
