It doesn't matter which office you send it to. The IRS will process it in any office. The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and hasn't been for some time. Mailed returns are being stacked in trailers unopened. You will not be able to track the status of your return until the IRS start processing it. 

 

Since it has been so long, you might try getting help from the Taxpayer Advocate Service: https://www.irs.gov/taxpayer-advocate

 

Did you use the online product that you log in to or did you use the CD/download product installed on your computer? Some filers have more than one online account and mistakenly log in to the wrong one when searching for their return.
