First time on turbo tax, worst experience ever as well. Apparently I'm in for an audit, keeping in mind I did my taxes and submitted on February 3rd. Got a letter within the month, only receiving my state taxes. For the federal i had to submit all this info that I had no problem doing since I had all that info available and ready to go, but still nothing? I understand your pain, i need my money.
