We filed our taxes on 2/5/20 and it was accepted same day. We are now at 16 weeks and my transcript is still stuck on 570 code.. My husband's student loan offset was lifted weeks ago because of the care act. Is there a number I can call to speak to a live person? At this point theres no reason our isn't pushed thru as we have no offsets against our taxes now. Idk if location makes a difference for a phone number to call but we live in Michigan.
