Use the "Delete a Form" feature to locate and delete any forms in your federal or state tax returns related to that second home office causing the error. Here's how to do that in TurboTax Online:
- Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
- In the left menu, select the dropdown arrow next to Tax Tools and then underneath that Tools.
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
- Scroll down the page and look for forms for that second home office you originally entered. Be sure to look in both the federal and state return.
- Select Delete next to any home office forms for that second home office and confirm the deletion.
