It’s been 4 months since my return was accepted and it’s still processing with no completion date. Should I file an amendment?

Accepted Feb 1st, but any refund check just shows tax topic 152 with no anticipated completion date. I’ve received no communication from the IRS and have tried for months and am unable to speak to a human. Worried now that there must be some problem
