I did both 2018-2019 taxes and I got my refund With no problem back in January. I don’t think that has anything to do with it bc I did everything. I don’t have anything pending nor do I owe child support. I have no issue with taxes or the government and I also put my dd info on 4/15 and I still have the same msg I’m eligible for payment once they get a date they will update page. I’m still waiting and ppl who updated their info after me got their stimulus before me. So I’m starting to think it’s just random. It’s frustrating but I’m glad I found this page to know I’m not alone.
