After you file
- I've had this same problem for a month now and they sent me 2 different cards but the same issue continues as the account is the same. It just changes your card number so you still need a code sent to verify its you. I cant access my old email and cell number isn't the same so now im stuck trying to get ahold of another person. I wont ever use turbo again its beyond ridiculous!!!
