After you file
When you file with TurboTax, your options are direct withdrawal from your bank account (for which you would have provided your bank account and routing number) or by check.
To pay the IRS with a credit card, you would have chosen in TurboTax to pay by check, and then used one of the IRS integrated payment processors. Click this link for the IRS website to pay by credit card in case that helps you remember.
Your credit card would have been charged within a few days of submitting payment through those IRS integrated payment processors.
If you chose to pay by direct withdrawal, the payment is withdrawn from your bank account when the IRS processes your tax return.
