I have filed my taxes and they have been accepted by IRS and Virginia. I recently reviewed my taxes and found a mistake that I made. Correcting the mistake would increase my Federal taxes by about $600. Should I amend my return or wait and see if IRS contacts me? I have purchased the audit defense coverage. Thanks for your help.
