After you file
I was able to speak to someone today who told me that the 60 day review process stopped when they closed for Corona and will pick back up where it was in the process once they resume operation. She told me I had an additional 40 days to wait before I could reach out again. Very frustrating. She couldn’t even tell me what the issue is at this point. I cant fix an error if I dont know what the error is. People are hurting and need their money. They need to do better.
