I chose to pay TT fee with a debit from my refund. TT says too slow & will debit my checking 4 the fee on 6/12. How will TT assure that fee is not deducted from my refund

I don't want to pay TurboTax and find out that the IRS deducted the fee as well. Help.

I chose to pay TT fee with a debit from my refund. TT says too slow &amp; will debit my checking 4 the fee on 6/12. How will TT assure that fee is not deducted from my refund
