As long as you printed and mailed the return yourself, there is nothing more you can do at this point. Some filers mistakenly think TurboTax prints and mails their return for them and TurboTax doesn't do that. TurboTax will always say "Ready to Mail" because it doesn't know when the filer actually prints and mails the return.
The IRS is not currently processing mailed returns and hasn't been for some time. It is not known when they weill start processing them again.
When they do start processing your return, you can track the status of your refund using the IRS tracking web site:
