Yes turbo tax should be held accountable for this in some way!!! They charged my account for their fee but I am still waiting for my refund emailed Jan 29th. But mine is still saying being processed.. this is not the time for the IRS to be playing around with our money.... We all need every bit we can get and are entitled to we work hard for our money too and should be able to get it..
