I just spoke to someone at IRS and I was on hold for only 5 minutes. The rep stated that if your 2019 taxes is still processing your 2018 adjusted income will be reviewed to determine if you're eligible for a stimulus check. She said I have to get my taxes more time to finish processing considering what's going on with everything. I told her that I haven't gotten a date although I put my information in on 4/15.
