Did you lose your Turbo Visa Debit Card?    This is mainly a user community forum.   For help with the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you'll need to contact the folks at the Card's customer service, which is separate from TurboTax.  However, if you lost your Card, I can mention a couple of ways to report your card as lost and get a new one issued.
