I’ve spoken with at least 5 reps and no one can seem to help me update my address. I’ve sent in multiple emails with the proper verifications and they are claiming that they can’t see the attachments which can’t be true because I’ve sent the same exact email to multiple people and every one is able to see the attachments except you guys. I’ve been calling since April 16ty trying to get a replacement card and no one can seem to help me update my address even though I’ve done everything that’s needed on my end. How is there no escalation department to sort things like this out? I was also told they can’t update my phone number on file which is just ridiculous. I need card and no matter how many times I call and no matter what I do no one helps me.
