I'm married filing jointly with my spouse. We applied for her ITIN 9 weeks ago and have not heard back from the IRS. There is no way to contact them.
I owe taxes to MA (I live in MA) and I cannot file it without ITIN for my wife.
Same with extension - form M-4868 does not let me file an extension without ITIN? What should I do?
