I'm in the same exact situation got letter stating wait for 60 days if I have not got it call the IRS but then covid19 happened and they are not talking to nobody I got my stimlus but not my federal refund talked to TurboTax and they told me once they send the return to the IRS it's out of their hands and nothing they can do about it very frustrated 😠been waiting since January 27 th
