I've been following this group and i'm in the same boat! Updated my DD on the morning of the 15th, and sure thing, stuck on the "You are eligible for this payment" message for weeks. I contacted my congressman and also left a message on CNN page. I too got an E-Mail from a CNN reporter wanting to do an interview today or early tomorrow. My congressman said that he was aware of the issue and would pass it on to the IRS. Hoping we all get answers (and our well deserved money) soon!
