I understand the frustration. I waited for weeks. I was told by IRS they cannot determine my eligibility.
Then I was told I was eligible a date will be given, which makes no sense to me. Then I was given a date of 5/6/2020. Then in the morning of 5/6/2020 at 3:40am (I know because that's when I received the email), I received the stimulus payment ACH.
Really wish I could help otherwise.
