After you file

It depends.

 

You can only have one account per username and password.  Do you have two separate accounts set up?

 

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in. 

 

Instructions to clear cookies to restart TurboTax 

 

After you do this, try logging out of TurboTax, closing your browser, and then logging back in.  This should update your software and allow you to proceed.
