Unfortunately, the IRS can't speak to TurboTax on behalf of taxpayers as we are not considered the "preparer" of the return - the return is filed as a "self-prepared" return using the TurboTax software (in most cases, with some exceptions for users of some of our new full-service products.)
However, the IRS lines that tax professionals use to reach the IRS on behalf of clients are also closed, so even tax professionals are unable to reach the IRS for assistance at this time.
