I've been following this group for about a week now. I found you all through a Google search trying to figure out why I'm getting that same message while everyone else I know has received their payment already. Like most of you, I updated my DD info on April 15.
I have already filed and received my taxes by DD early March so I didn't understand why they weren't able to use my bank account in the first place like everyone else I know who filed.
This is so frustrating and I'm feeling everyone's pain. I check here everyday hoping some of you received your payment so I know there's hope. I also reached out to CNN through the link some of you all provided. Something has to be done.
