A little ways down the page there is a form to fill in. Under the heading "Have you received your stimulus payment?". I wrote the same as everyone on here and also provided a link to this forum. I suggest you also fill out their form with you story. Maybe it will get some traction.
Also be sure to turn down your speakers, there is a loud auto playing video on that page.
