It's not just the 15th. Unfortunately it goes much further than that...possibly up to the 24th of April. My huband's DD was put in late night April 17th and a lot if research today it looks like there are tens of thousands of people affected which makes it all the more puzzling why no one is addressing it but my congresswoman's office did call me right back and she is having her team look into it and thinks there is validity to the glitch therory. I told her it seems like our DD information was lost in IRS pergatory.
