We filed our Federal & State tax returns by mail on Feb. 26, 2020. I have a receipt showing that I mailed a first class envelope to KC, MO. We received our state return many weeks ago. When I check on the IRS.gov website for our return using all the correct information, they have no record of my return. I am wondering if I should go back into Turbo Tax and file my federal tax return electronically? I cannot reach anyone by phone since there is no one in the offices and no one to ask. Please advise. l Thank you.
